REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 15 days . If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete the return, you will need to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, we will process the refund and automatically apply the credit to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Items on Sale
Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@lagertru.com and send the product to: C/ Santa Maria, 46 Bajos. 08340 Vilassar de Mar.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the buyer, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.

Note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending an item valued at over €75 , we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
