Refund Policy - LAGERTRU Concept

Our policy lasts 15 days . If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in its *original packaging*.

Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, we will process the refund and automatically apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
1. Verify your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take a few days for the statement to appear.
3. Please contact your bank as additional time may be required to process it.

Items on Sale
Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@lagertru.com and send the product to: C/ Santa Maria, 46 Bajos. 08340 Vilassar de Mar.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift buyer, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.

Note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over £75 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
